Tennis for All at Bourton's Free Open Day

Come and join in the fun and find out more about tennis in Bourton-on-the-Water at Bourton Tennis Club’s free Open Day on Saturday 12 May.
The Bourton Open Day is part of the LTA’s national campaign to get more people of all ages playing tennis at all levels. LTA coach James Hilltout will be leading junior sessions for youngsters aged 5-15 years from 2pm and players of all standards are welcome for adult social tennis throughout the afternoon, so whether you are a rusty returner or an experienced player, there is fun to be had.
Racquets are available on loan, balls will be provided, free refreshments and tea will be served and current club members will be on hand to give you a friendly welcome and show you around and answer any questions.
Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear that won’t damage the courts.
Tennis is a great year-round sport for everyone, improving health and fitness and a way to meet new people. Bourton Tennis Club has two floodlit hard courts just off the Rissington Road in Bourton-on-the-Water next to the cricket ground and opposite Birdland.
