Meet Emma - Bourton Tennis Club's New Welfare Officer

January 27, 2016

We are delighted to introduce Emma Grey, Bourton LTC's new Welfare Officer.  Emma accepted the post when she joined the committee at the 2015 AGM, taking over from Mary Greenhill who had been Welfare Officer for several years.  Emma, who has a son and husband who also play tennis at Bourton, has already been on an LTA course for welfare officers and coaches and has all the required security checks.  Her picture and contact details will be posted on the club noticeboard so you will know who to speak to if you have any problems or encounter any form of bullying, discrimination or abuse of any kind at the club.

Difficult situations are usually more easily dealt with if they are reported early so any inappropriate behaviour can be stopped before it escalates.  Please do not hesitate to get in touch with Emma who will be pleased to help and has the full support of the tennis club committee.
