Rose Bowl Report

Our annual Rose Bowl competition was held on a sunny Sunday in early June. It was a fun day of mixed doubles with food and drinks to follow. This event was a handicap competition meaning that winners of the first game would start the next game 15 love down, and so on. Alex Peyton was lucky enough to win the event this year out of a total of eight players. The round robin format finished fairly early so we had two relaxed mixed doubles matches (one set) to finish with the winners claiming a nice bottle of bubbly. Mark and Trina played well to beat Pete and Clare, while on court 2 Alex and Cath scraped past Greg and Yoko.
