Online Court Booking System
We have an online booking system which makes it easy for our members to check court availability and book court time anywhere and any time.
Courts can be booked up to 21 days in advance, individual members can book up to 8 x 1hr sessions in any 21 day period and it is possible to book the courts for a maximum of two hours at a time.
PLEASE NOTE: COURT BOOKING IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CLUB MEMBERS. WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO OFFER PAY AND PLAY TENNIS AS THE COURTS ARE LOCKED FOR SECURITY REASONS WHEN NOT IN USE. KEYS ARE ISSUED TO ALL PAID UP CLUB MEMBERS (SEE BELOW). VISITORS ARE WELCOME BY ARRANGEMENT - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS OR SEE THE MEMBERSHIP PAGE FOR OPTIONS.
The key to access the courts is hanging inside the clubhouse, to the left of the door. If you are the last person to leave, please ensure that the courts are locked and the key is returned to its place.
The floodlights are available for use by all members. They operate with special tokens which are available from Hartwells Hardware Shop on Bourton High Street. Each token costs £1.00 and will provide light for 15 minutes.
Guests £2 per adult / £1 per junior.
Members may introduce a guest on up to three occasions. Please enter names of guests in the guest book before play begins and put the fee in the “slot” in the clubhouse wall.
Adult Club Nights - suspended until further notice due to Corvid-19
Wednesday evenings from 6.15pm.
An excellent way of meeting other players of similar ability.
This operates on a first-come-first-served basis, with the first 8 arrivals playing a short set before interchanging with later arrivals. Winter evenings may be organised to ensure there are enough players to have a game without anyone sitting out in the cold.
One or more committee members will attend each club night throughout the summer. A committee member attends winter club nights to turn on the floodlights.
Junior Club Nights - suspended until further notice due to Corvid-19
Junior Club Nights for young members take place on Thursday evenings 6.00-7.00pm (Apr-Oct) - alongside Cardio-Tennis, so parents can get fit while the juniors enjoy some fun social tennis.
Drills sessions led by club coach James Hilltout are held every Tuesday weather permitting. Sessions last an hour, starting at 9.15am cost £36 divided between all the players. Call James on 07946 397186 for more information.
Cardio Tennis - suspended until further notice due to Corvid-19
Cardio-tennis sessions will resume when permitted. They are held every Thursday evening for members and non-members from 6.30pm. Run by coach James Hilltout, these sessions are a great work out and help improve agility, stamina and fitness on the tennis court. Sessions are under floodlights in winter. They cost £9 per one hour session or £40 for a block of five. Call James on 07946 397186 for more information or to book.
