Get Fit Tennis
Tennis is a great way to get outside, get fit and meet new friends. Coach Kingsley Harris conducts the following sessions to help you build your fitness and your game!

For members and non-members thinking about joining the club, These sessions are a great way to learn the basics and build on skills already learnt. The lessons are also a good work out and help improve agility, stamina and fitness on the tennis court. Sessions are under floodlights in winter.
